Grand closing ceremony of '10 Days Special Summer Music Camp-2021'

Academy Of Khol Vadya in association with SOOR SAATHi organised this mega music camp to familiarise our present generation with three of the stalwarts of our culture: Asom Kesari Ambikagiri Roychoudhury, Purushottam Das & Luit Konwar Rudra Barua.

The students not only learnt some of their compositions but also delved into their towering personas from some of the authoritative resource persons. Over a span of 10 days we were fortunate to have with us: Swapnanil Barua, Dr. Navanil Barua, Satyen Sarma, Jugabarata Dutta, Manjira Chowdhury, Dr. Gitanjali Himanka, Abani Pathak, Sukumar Barthakur, Raju Das, Dr. Birinchi Kr Das, Dr. Nabajyoti Das, Dr. Dhriti Mahanta, Sharmishtha Das who helped us to make this online session a success.

I thank our trainers Hemendra Kr Das, Gitanjali Gayan, Mukut Das & Kabin Das who guided the students selflessly. We have taken the responsibility to preserve these sessions which are ready-to-access anytime for all the participants and anyone who missed our live sessions.

We extend our best wishes and gratitude to all the participants who joined these sessions and are determined to nurture these timeless compositions.
